In these Terms, ‘we’,’us’, or ‘the Company’ refers to Braw Limited trading as Pigg, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC591984 and registered office at 60 Dowanside Road, Glasgow, G12 9DL.
Sauna cold plunge rules / terms of use
Sauna Safety
Before entering the sauna, please shower
Swimwear required. No nudity.
Sit on a towel in the sauna
Check with other sauna users before adding water to the stones. Add water carefully and in small doses.
Children aged 12+ are welcome in private sessions only and must be always accompanied by an adult
Before entering the cold plunge dips, please rinse off
Enter and exit the sauna carefully to avoid trips or falls.
No footwear in the sauna. Please rinse your feet in foot bath before entering if you have any gravel or dirt on your feet.
No food, alcohol, smoking or vaping in the sauna.
Respect other users sharing the space and keep conversation levels low.
Hydrate before, during and after your session.
Leave the sauna if you start to feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous or uncomfortable and notify a staff member.
We suggest you spend 10-15 minutes at a time in the heat. Allow at least 5 minutes out of the heat either in cold plunge or just sitting outside hydrating before going back into the heat
Allow time to get changed ahead of your time slot starting. You will have 55 minutes of heat, dip, repeat within your session and a 5 minute change window at the end to allow cleaning before the next session.
Cold Plunge Safety.
After cold immersion, acclimatise before re-entering the sauna to avoid dizziness or fainting.
General Health and Safety
Use of the sauna and cold plunge is entirely at your own risk.
If you’re unsure about your health, check with your GP before booking.
Do not use the sauna if you:
are pregnant
have heart or circulation problems, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, or breathing conditions
have cardiovascular disease or history of stroke
have an infectious disease or open wound
have consumed alcohol, drugs, or other substances
are generally feeling unwell.
Leave the sauna immediately if you feel faint, lightheaded, nauseous, or unwell at any time, and speak to a staff member.
Children under12 year of age are not allowed in the sauna
Bookings, Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Full refunds or reschedules are available up to 48 hours before your booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the booked time.
We may cancel sessions due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, you’ll be offered a reschedule or refund.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs, behaving inappropriately, or not following the above terms. Refunds will not be offered in these circumstances.
Property and Damages
We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings — please leave valuables at home.
Any damage caused by you or your group may result in a further charge.
Liability
We are not liable for injury, illness, or death resulting from sauna or cold-water use, except where required by law.
By booking, you accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and actions, and confirm that all members of your group understand and agree to these terms.
Legal
These terms of use are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes will be handled by the Scottish courts.
